Free travel on all public transport in South Tyrol
Leave the car in the car park and use all of these for free: regional trains (Brenner-Trient, Mals-Innichen), local buses, cable cars to Renon, Meransen, Meltina, Kohlern and Verano, the Ritten tramway and the funicular to the Mendel and the Post Auto Schweiz between Mals and Müstair.

Take it easy at our covered, heated outdoor swimming pool with its jacuzzi bay, underwater massage loungers and neck massage
The swimming pool is heated from Easter and in autumn until about 23 October. Sunbathing lawn with sun loungers available. Fluffy bathrobes and towels are available for the duration of your stay for a small extra charge.

Payment
You can pay your bill with debit card, Visa or Mastercard. We also accept cash payment up to 1,999.00 € per person. We do not accept business/commercial credit cards such as loyalty programmes, air miles etc.
Local tax: As of 1 January 2014 a local tax was introduced in South Tyrol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be charged per guest and night, directly by accommodation facilities. The amount of this municipal tax is 2.50 €. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from the tax. The local tax is charged on-site on the day of departure and added to the bill separately.
A reservation is only valid from receipt of confirmation from the accommodation facility. Reservations and cancellations can only be accepted in writing. Check-in is from about 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and check-out until about 10:00 a.m. If you arrive after 6.00 p.m., please let us know in advance so that we know to expect you.
No additional cancellation fee is charged for cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
50% of the total price of the reservation is charged for cancellation within 29 to 15 days before the date of arrival.
Fees to the amount of 90% of the total booked amount will be charged for cancellation within 14 to 4 days before the date of arrival.
100% of the total price of the reservation is charged for cancellation up to 3 days before the date of arrival.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% will apply to the booked and unused days.
